How does Veri-fy® work?
An overview of the process
An Authorised User completes a Veri-fy® form and sends it, together with any documents to be witnessed, to his client.
The client takes the form, together with photo ID and any documents to be witnessed, to their local Post Office® branch.
At the Post Office® branch a member of staff will check the photo ID, compare the likeness and complete the Veri-fy® form. They will then witness any documents as necessary.
The Post Office then returns the completed Veri-fy® form to the Authorised user, all other documentation is returned to the applicant at the Post Office®.
