Authorised Customers who purchase Veri-fy® forms referred to as USERS
Third parties awho are sent Ver-fy® forms by USERS and who attend at Post Office branches to have their identity checked referred CUSTOMERS

Veri-fy Identity Limited is NOT registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 as we only record exempt data. However as regards the data we do retain we aim to abide by the eight principles of the Data Protection Act at all times.
Collection of Personal Data - CUSTOMERS
Veri-fy Identity Limited does not collect or retain any data regarding CUSTOMERS
The information completed by Post Office® staff is not delivered to Veri-fy Identity Limited but forwarded direct to the USER whom may retain the Data collected.
Collection of Personal Data - USERS
Veri-fy Identity Limited only requires you to provide us with the personal information necessary for us to complete a specific task, for example, when you place an order we require you to provide us with sufficient personal information so that we may process your order, despatch it to you and also so that we may contact you in the event of a problem. You can provide us with additional information but that is your free choice.
Use of Your Information and Your Preferences
We will use your information to provide and personalise our service. We will use your contact details to communicate with you. We may use your information to send you offers and news about the products and services of Veri-fy Identity Limited.
