Please read these instructions carefully
For all other applicants you will need to:
Complete online a Veri-fy® form
Make a note of the three access codes displayed once you have entered your details. These can be printed out or save as a pdf if you wish
Take the codes together with the documents you have selected to one of the professionals listed below They will verify your identity by completing the online form
Your ID documents will be returned to you
There may be a charge for having you identity confirmed . You will have to pay this
Who can confirm your identity
A list of those people acceptable to Tribal - HR Department is listed below
• Barrister
• Care Home Manager
• Certified or Chartered Accountant
• Civil Servant - EO or above
• Dentist
• District Nurse(RGN and RMN) or Midwife
• Doctor
• Head of Security
• Judge or holder of a Judicial Appointment
• Licenced Conveyancer
• Person on Finacial Services Register(FCA)
• Pharmacist
• Police Officer
• Prison Governor
• Probation Officer
• Social Worker
• Solicitor
• Teacher Lecturer or Head Teacher
To complete your Veri-fy® form you will need to have in front of you:
Your passport - if you have one
Your UK photo-driving licence (full or provisional) - if you have one
If you cannot produce either of these please contact the organisation which has asked you to have your identity confirmed for an alternative form
Two of the following, one of which MUST confirm your current address.
- Bank/Building Society Statement (UK & EEA)
- Benefit Statement e.g. Child Allowance (UK)
- Biometric Residence Permit (UK)
- Birth Certificate (UK & CI)
- Council tax statement (UK & Channel Islands)
- Credit Card Statement (UK & EEA)
- Electricity Bill (UK)
- Gas Bill (UK)
- Mortgage Statement (UK & EEA)
- P45/P60 Statement (UK & Channel Islands)
- Telephone Bill landline only (UK)
- UK Entitlement Document From Central / Local Government / Government Agency / Local Authority (UK)
- Water Bill (UK)
- Work Permit/Visa (UK & Channel Islands)
You will also need the following.
- Stamped and correctly addressed Envelope
